| A supplement
is a list of additional repairs that become necessary after the insurance
company has looked at the vehicle. Once repairs begin and parts are removed, additional damage can be discovered that was not visible upon initial inspection. Whenever there is a supplement for additional repairs made to your vehicle, we work directly with the insurance company to collect those costs. You may be asked to sign a 'Direction To Pay' which allows the insurance company to pay us directly for supplemental repairs. |
